Ceci Amrhein

Ceci Amrhein, a real estate broker licensed in Virginia, has specialized in residential Richmond real estate since 1972.

Ceci's focus is Historic Richmond: The Fan, The Museum District, Windsor Farms, and Church Hill. A native of Richmond, she grew up in The Museum District, and currently lives on Monument Avenue in The Fan. Ceci was instrumental in helping The Fan rise to the prominence that it enjoys today.

A specialist in historic properties, her credentials include: board member of The Fan District Association, board member of the Monument Avenue Preservation Society (MAPS), Historic Monument Avenue and Fan District Foundation, partnering with others to publish two Monument Avenue books, and renovation of historic homes.

Ceci's depth of knowledge in real estate sales and marketing helps her to be one of the top producers in the area.

Bill Gallasch

Bill Gallasch specializes in residential real estate, with a focus on properties in Historic Richmond: The Fan, The Museum District, Ginter Park, Westover Hills, Westhampton, Windsor Farms, and Church Hill.

Having grown up in Richmond, Bill has a commanding knowledge about residential property throughout the area. Starting his career as a real estate appraiser, Bill gained invaluable experience about home construction and property evaluation.
